YOUR ROLE As part of the Group, People, Performance and Reputation division, you'll oversee the prioritisation and backlog of IAG People Systems and serve as the link between the product and technology teams.
In this role, you'll analyse data, customer feedback, industry trends, new technologies, and business improvement ideas to help shape and prioritize initiatives.
You'll also manage the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and new features, while looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
This is a 24-month maximum term contract role based in all major cities in Australia. ABOUT YOU Proven experience working with HR systems and a strong understanding of the impact of HRIS/people systems on the total delivery of HR services in a business environment.Demonstrated platform management experience in large People & Culture functions delivering on BAU learning, transformational change programs, large system/IT implementations, large process change programs.Demonstrated expertise in consulting on HRIS solutions to extremely high standards within large project environments.Ability to work independently and adapt & lead through changing external & internal environmental factors.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and across all levels of the business with proven ability to influence stakeholders.Experience in the implementation of HR and/or Payroll system with experience using SAP, Success Factors (all modules), ServiceNow.Experience in system upgrades & UAT.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Applications close – Friday 17 January 2025 at 23:59 AEDT.
