We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available.The Product Owner is accountable for shaping and executing the strategic vision for product experimentation, optimisation, and development, leading and coordinating cross-functional teams both internally and externally across multiple platforms. This role partners closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to define, prioritise and deliver key product initiatives that drive measurable value, ensuring strong alignment with overarching organisational objectives and market opportunities.Key AccountabilitiesDefine and drive the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with broader organisational goals to deliver customer value and meet growth targets across digital channels (online and offline)Lead strategic product development and experimentation initiatives, ensuring that innovation and continuous testing are central to the roadmap and prioritised based on business needs, market opportunities, and customer insightOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through to delivery and post-launch optimisation, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business KPIOversee testing and quality assurance processes, including the development of test plans, ensuring all products meet performance and usability standardsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between customer, digital, and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of product initiativesLeverage analytics and customer insights to continuously assess product performance and identify opportunities for experimentation and optimisation, improving customer conversion rates and driving business growthBe accountable for technical performance and speed of digital products, including web and mobile platforms, ensuring that user experience and load times are optimised.Key CapabilitiesBachelors degree in relevant fields including Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Product Management, and EngineeringDigital Product certifications including Product Owner, Product Manager, and Scrum MasterExperimentation certifications including CRO, Optimizely, and Google AnalyticsUX/UI Design knowledge or certificationsExperience in digital product management, with a focus on e-commerce platforms, user experience design, and digital marketing strategiesExtensive experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), experimentation, and A/B and multivariate testingProven success in leading complex digital products from concept through to launch, including post-launch continuous optimisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.Strong proficiency in CRO and experimentation tools such as Optimizely, VWO, and Google Optimize, including a deep understanding of A/B testing, MVT (multivariate testing), and funnel optimisation techniques.Advanced knowledge of web and mobile development processes, including UX/UI design principles, performance optimisation, and technical oversight of development teams.Why work for CRG?The Country Road Group is one of Australasia's largest Lifestyle Brand Houses comprising of iconic brands such as Country Road, POLITIX, Trenery, Witchery and MIMCO.
