Reporting to the Head of Experience and Delivery, you will support the Customer Services division by running the optimal agile delivery process for continued maintenance and development processes and systems that make it simple for our bankers to provide a customer obsessed experience.
You will support squad members and various stakeholders across multiple teams to understand the mission, foster accountability for work needing to be done and collectively deliver on commitments.

In this role, you will:
Be accountable for helping establish the optimal squad and delivery structure, ensuring ultimate success of the squad's outcomes.
Be accountable for end-to-end delivery including the elaboration of features and stories, defining acceptance criteria and achieving targets.
Work with the Customer Services Leadership Team and to shape business outcomes and ensure transparency and visibility over decision making.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver the backlog and priority initiatives.
Conduct problem resolution, create product collateral and monitor results and feedback.
Align the product roadmap(s) while keeping the voice of the customer and colleague at the centre of all initiatives.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of relevant financial products and services from either a business or technology perspective.
Strong project delivery experience with knowledge of the software development cycle.
Demonstrate experience in supporting and leading in medium, cross functional and self-managing teams to accomplish outcomes.
Extensive experience with agile ways of working and familiarity with human centred design techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams.
Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and capabilities; along with proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.
