The role We are searching for an experienced Product Owner to join our growing technology team.
This role will oversee the full stage of hospitality product development and ensure effective delivery of the Group Technology product roadmap.
You will help land key application builds that support our hospitality deliver on our mission of a world class guest experience.
As well as: Lead a team of experienced solutions specialists.
Offering guidance, support and development.
Develop roadmaps for products and functionality across the Group Technology portfolio.
Work closely with Product Managers/Business Owners and stakeholders to develop a program of priority and determine the acceptance criteria of these priorities.
Build a strong working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure projects and new features are delivered smoothly.
Provide creative solutions for a variety of business requests across our hospitality functions.
About you We're looking for a passionate Product Owner who can efficiently deliver key projects for our hospitality business.
You will be naturally curious about how the business operates to help your team achieve creative app solutions.
You'll also bring the following: Demonstrated experience in a similar product owner role in a large complex organisation.
Experience in effectively leading a high performing team that can deliver high volumes and quality Strong experience in successfully leading the design and implementation of major project initiatives A core understanding of agile practices and methodologies Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to assess business need and deliver on capability.
