We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a new Talent CRM for one of Australia and New Zealand's most prominent insurance groups. In this newly created role, you'll act as the essential link between Talent Acquisition, Product, and Technology Delivery teams. Your insights into industry trends, vendor roadmaps, and customer feedback will be critical to driving innovation and efficiency in the company's talent processes.

About the Role
As the Product Owner – Talent, you will take ownership of the Talent CRM system's implementation and prioritisation. You'll ensure seamless integration between Talent Acquisition teams and other key business units, focusing on continuous improvement and backlog management.
What You Will Do Manage the implementation and improvement of Talent Acquisition systems, acting as the bridge between Talent, Product, and Technology teams. Prioritise and optimise the product backlog, ensuring the best possible outcomes. Review product roadmaps, release notes, and emerging technologies to inform future improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels to influence decisions and implement best practices in talent acquisition processes. What You Will Have Done Led the successful implementation of Talent Acquisition systems (ATS/CRM) in large, complex environments. Demonstrated strong platform management within large People & Culture functions, delivering transformational programs and system implementations. Provided expertise in consulting on Talent Acquisition solutions, with significant experience in Success Factors (RCM/RMK modules) or other leading CRM platforms (Phenom, Beamery, Eightfold, Reejig). Delivered system upgrades and managed user acceptance testing (UAT) in high-impact projects. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
