Specifically, this roles specialised experience will focus on development, implementation, integration & maintenance activitiesof the offered digital products, ensuring the highest quality service experience to the end customer.
**This is a Melbourne based role and is only open to Melbourne based candidates** Team Structure:This role will report into a small, specialised team including Delivery Manager, Quality Analyst, Business Analyst & 2x Developers.
Additionally, this role will report to the Delivery Manager and into the Business Owner.The client is a large insurance client with a headcount of 300+.Responsibilities:Oversee delivery of roadmap achievables including ongoing development, maintence and customer implementation/integrationCoordinate with stakeholders including technology teams, insurance broker teams & end customer to ensure high-quality product deliveryManage customer experienceManage delivery of digital prodycts inline with Digital product raodmap.Key Stakeholders:This role will include both internal & external stakeholders both business & technical in nature.
