About You Proven experience in a similar role working in utilities (gas and electricity) industry. Experience working within an enterprise software or product development environment will be ideal. Practical experience in defining minimum viable products, ensuring efficient product development cycles with a focus on delivering essential features. Key Responsibilities Serve as the authoritative voice of the client, ensuring their perspectives and needs to guide product development. Build and maintain a concise product backlog, prioritizing change initiatives to meet business objectives. Collaborate with internal and external customers during visioning, concept development, and problem-solving, making informed decisions to meet business commitments. Gather business requirements and stories, fostering open communication with customers and stakeholders. Contribute to the creation of statements of requirements, statements of work, and facilitate the effort estimation process as well as support and contribute to user documentation.
