Minimum RequirementsProven experience in Agile project delivery and product management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Citizenship mandatory.
Level of clearance to be mentioned.Location of contractor to be mentioned in CV.Desired Attributes and SkillsExperience with Agile project management tools and methodologies.Knowledge of Agile best practices and frameworks.Experience with Agile team management and coaching.Familiarity with Agile reporting and analytics.Experience with Agile project delivery enablement and content management.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize product features based on customer needs and business objectives.Manage the product backlog, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.Collaborate with Agile teams to understand product requirements, develop solutions, and deliver projects on time and within budget.Provide regular product delivery reports and forecasts to senior management.Identify and address product backlog gaps and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile project delivery.
