Onboarding program.Reporting to the Chief Product Owner, you will contribute to the vision and roadmap for the strategic customer onboarding solution and collaborate with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders to build and deliver an exceptional and unified customer onboarding experience for our customers and staff.Furthermore, you will: Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation including business bank, retail bank, compliance and financial crime operations teams to ensure the product strategy aligns with company goals and customer needs.Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business value, as well as support the Chief Product Owner in this task.Serve as the primary contact for enhancements or feature requests from wider stakeholders and translate the vision for the product or project to the delivery team to enable a program backlog to be created.Track and report on product performance metrics, ensuring that the Customer Onboarding program is meeting desired outcomes and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.Exemplify the BOQ Group values of Spirited, Optimistic, Curious, Inclusive, Accountable and Lionhearted to contribute to the purpose of Building Social Capital through Banking.About you We are looking for a dynamic professional, with experience in delivering large transformation programs.The successful candidate will have ideally worked in financial services across risk and reg, technology and agile delivery components.We are also interested in: Detailed Financial Services industry, with good understanding of Customer Onboarding and KYC/AML regulatory requirements (desirable).Advanced knowledge of agile business analysis processes & techniques (i.e., User Stories, Epics, Use Cases, Business Process Mapping) using Jira and Confluence applications.Experience with Microsoft Customer Experience Platform (CXP), including Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform (desirable).Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels as a team player.Strong communication, coaching,
