We require a Product Owner and SME to join the Workplace Technologies team supporting the execution of the Workplace Technology team road maps, operational support, evaluation and rollout of new features.
About the role As part of this role, you will be required to provide feature guidance based on Microsoft roadmaps and knowledge, you will be required to support a collection of Technology projects and BAU initiatives within the Workplace Experience and Support function.
You will support and coordinate the resolution of complex Workplace Technology problems, including the management of backlog activities.
You will have technical support and product experience providing day-to-day operational support (Incident, change, problem) of Workplace Technology Tools (largely Microsoft platforms and relevant industry technologies) and integrations.
You will have previous experience running feature roadmap sessions to support the smooth implementation of new workplace technology capabilities, including transition to BAU support, training, and rollout recommendations.
Your stakeholder management skills are exceptional, and you have experience working with non-technical team members to interpret customer needs and translate them into clear requirements.
You will also provide technology strategy contribution, which includes recommendation of products/features in the context of the department's broader strategic direction.
A core requirement in this role is demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Customer Account teams, you will provide resources and unified support processes helping us to get the best from unified agreements and assisting Coles to maximise value investments.
Extensive Office 365 experience is an essential requirement in this role.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams in agile environments • Working knowledge of Workplace Technology Tools best practises and frameworks.
• Critical thinking, analysis and out of the box thinking to develop strategies to overcome challenges.
