About the role Working as part of a growing product team within Coles' Tech Innovation stream, you will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of products within your portfolio. You will be accountable for refining and clarifying user stories as they evolve through the product delivery process, ensuring acceptance criteria are documented and communicated effectively to relevant business teams. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering innovative technology solutions across the organisation, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, computer vision, and IoT to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll do Work collaboratively and communicate with business stakeholders and squads on tactical and strategic initiatives. Be accountable for end-to-end ownership of the development of product features, ideas, and epics to deliver continuous improvements to Tech Innovation products. Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Architects to translate the Product vision into prioritised technical deliverables. Drive the Agile methodology across product teams by effectively facilitating key ceremonies. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. Manage backlog priorities across various stakeholder groups through ongoing engagement and facilitation. Lead the investigation, documentation, and analysis of business requirements to shape solution planning and delivery. Collaborate with subject matter experts to propose business and technical solutions, acting as a liaison between business units and technology teams. Provide clear documentation and foster product adoption across the organisation. About you and your skills Proven experience leading and delivering product development in complex environments. Strong ability to execute agreed delivery plans, prioritise development tasks, and manage outputs against critical milestones. Experience with data science, machine learning, or computer vision technologies is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and present confidently to senior leadership. Advanced analytics skills to draw insights from data platforms and guide future product development. Passion for understanding customer needs and curiosity about human behaviour, design-thinking, and innovation. Experience in outcome-driven, data-based decision-making processes. Ability to adapt in ambiguous situations and drive clarity for key priorities. What's in it for you?
