Your opportunity: As our valued Product Owner, you will play a vital role in leading the execution of the felix digital product roadmap. You'll draw on your excellent ability to understand our digital customer needs to be able to lead with a 'customer centric' mindset.
You'll make impact by: Understanding digital customer needs through continuous customer analysisDesigning to delivery of fully developed products which fulfil digital customer needs and optimise the customer experience (including pricing)Driving features that are sought after by customers and the market, including identifying, capturing grooming and prioritising product requirementsPerforming in-depth competitive analysis to ensure our digital product represents industry best practiceDriving a customer first mindset within the wider delivery and support teamsWorking closely and effectively with back end delivery teams and building working relationships with its members, including Network teamsWhat you'll bring: Passion for digital, eCommerce and self-service technologiesDeep understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, trends and tools to drive the performance of the productAn understanding of UX principles and the importance of customer-centred design practicesExperience creating user stories that provide sufficiently detailed requirements for development and test teamsSolid understanding of data analytics (ideally GA360 and MixPanel) and how to use data to make informed decisionsIdeally, you will also have: Telecommunications experienceExperience defining and developing new digital B2C products in a rapid growth phaseExposure to online customer self-service payment and applicationsWhat's in it for you?
