We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment in Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). You'll work collaboratively with the Product Manager to plan and deliver high impact solutions that meet customer needs and align with our business goals within our End User Compute (EUC) team.

Day in the life: Be an expert in your domain, and advocate for the customerActively participate in the product discovery activities which help shape deliveryContributes to the wider strategic vision and roadmapManaging the product backlog, including prioritisation, grooming and defect managementGather and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with the business analystsConstructs and prioritises delivery processes to ensure that the engineering team is clear on what to work on next.Work collaboratively with the product manager and product team to identify a minimum viable productKey role in agile project delivery, including estimations, planning, user story acceptance and release activitiesCommunicates the voice of the customer to the engineering teamSupport the implementation of initiatives with cross-functional teamsEnsure a quality product is delivered efficiently by working closely with team members throughout deliveryYou'll be perfect for the role if you have: End user computing experienceIndustry or certification experienceKnowledge of FCTG systems an added advantageStrong technical acumen to think critically and converse with technical architects and developersProven track record of managing and launching initiativesAbility to lead projects across multiple teams and stakeholders through organisationResearch, analyse and make recommendations on administrative, management and procedural practices and other complex business problemsAnalyse, evaluate and integrate business processes and proceduresAcquire subject matter expertise in the functions, systems, software and activitiesHandle multiple and parallel features and initiatives in various stage of deliveryOutside of office hours may be required for Global collaboration What you'll Enjoy: Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
