As a member of the Harvey Norman Information Technology team based at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will be part of a highly collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

Responsibilities include; Leading a close-knit Scrum team to deliver new and innovative features to our eCommerce application.
Capturing and analysing business requirements in the form of user stories, including assessing feasibility, business benefits and conditions of satisfaction.
Collaborating daily with your Scrum team to plan and prioritise work, prepare estimates and release plans, review, and report on progress, resolve issues and drive delivery to agreed timelines.
Creating comprehensive documentation including user guides for new application features.
Managing the training and handover process to business users.
Assessing new technologies, products, and services.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
About you You will be an experienced Product Manager with extensive domain experience in eCommerce and a background managing Agile teams.
You will also possess a solid technical grasp of payment gateways, inventory management, and order management systems.
You will also have: Understanding of web and mobile standards, responsive design, search optimisation best practices, performance, accessibility, and usability considerations.
Strong techniques for facilitating workshops to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with development and UX design teams.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience with product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
Experience with Adobe Commerce is preferred.
