Responsibilities: Participation in strategic planning and goals of the product line in the area of crypto exchange and liquidity providers Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including priorities and timelines Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure the successful implementation of product tasks Monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhancements Describe and validate the business logic of solutions Understand the delivered value and have a clear understanding of the ecosystem in which the service operates Proficiency in cryptocurrency exchange operations and liquidity management Prioritize conflicting requests from competing stakeholders effectively Identify and address problems promptly to ensure smooth product development Clearly and concisely communicate the business value of solutions to the team and stakeholders Minimum Requirements: Experience in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager 3 years minimum, preferably in the financial technology or cryptography field Understanding of cryptography principles and crypto exchange operations is essential Experience in technical projects and a focus on backend development, with no interface work, will be a plus Strong understanding of PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) Knowledge of Centralized Exchanges (CEX) and familiarity with Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) and their principles of operation will be an advantage Data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team Effective time and priority management skills High level of responsibility and a commitment to achieving results Nice to have: Knowledge of Exchange Operations : Understands how exchanges work, including order books, order execution, liquidity management, risk management, and hedging strategies Liquidity Management : Skilled in managing liquidity, ensuring tight bid-ask spreads, and maintaining order book depth to facilitate smooth trading operations Risk Management and Hedging : Experienced in implementing risk management strategies and using hedging techniques to mitigate exposure to market volatility Monetization and Earnings : Familiar with various monetization methods and revenue streams for market makers and aggregated services, including trading fees, listing fees, staking, lending, and premium services Experience with Aggregated Services : Insight into how aggregated services generate revenue and offer value to users through advanced trading tools, analytics, and other premium features Why should you choose CoinsPaid?
