As the Product Owner - Cloud Controls you will be leading critical cloud control posture management and risk to drive complex initiatives and deliver a centralised reporting service, capturing the group's wider cloud control posture alerts and support our internal technology teams to accelerate delivery without compromise.

It is dedicated to delivering the best workplace technology experience for our 53,000 plus people across CBA and focused on providing the latest tools, technology, and resources to enhance the way we work together and empower our people to achieve more for our customers.
This role will be part of the cloud integrations crew, a part of the wider cloud enablement and engineering practice. The team delivers complex cloud engineering capabilities and drives modern solutions and services across the group's public cloud product offerings.

Your impact and contribution: Work on key risk and control governance within our AWS cloud offerings.Create technology roadmaps and product lifecycles for product/control adherence across our AWS cloud offerings.Offer technical guidance across various products, designing solutions and roadmaps that connect into our cloud control posture management.Govern the technical decision forum (e.g., product enhancements, connectors).Sign off on technology solutions.Manage and own the visibility of public cloud technology risk e.g., EOS, vulnerabilities etc.Compose quarterly planning and technology crew memos and create, maintain and prioritise the technology team's backlog.Manage technology escalations.Define and contribute to evaluation criteria into the vendor selection process and provide feedback and recommendations to RFI and RFP processes.Liaise with delivery and operations to understand run costs and challenges to identify improvements to incorporate into the product backlog. We're interested in hearing from people with the following experience: Previous experience in Product Ownership with a key focus in cloud control and risk management leading complex solutions.Mature skills in Engineering and/or Product Management.Experience in cloud control and risk posture management - supporting on the development and automation on centralist reporting dashboards and solutions etc.Background in delivering technical project initiatives across cloud controls on AWS and/or Azure.Experience in technology-focused leadership roles, including high levels of prioritisation and stakeholder management.Experience across technology disciplines, including project management, IT strategy development, application, and technology management.Proficiency in managing and working with third-party vendor relationships to get the best from our partners and the group.
