About the RoleAs a Product Owner for 3rd Parties in the Customer & Identity Services team, your mission is to help design and deliver customer journeys that are focused on digital onboarding, access or sharing. Your focus is to make it safe and simple for 3rd parties to join, safely bank or to share data whilst ensuring compliance for the bank. This covers end to end customer episodes, with a focus on external 3rd parties (e.g. Brokers).
You'll employ your broad knowledge of a digital first, human supported customer journeys to help reshape how customers and 3rd parties get started, setup and made to feel safe, secure and informed.
What will your day look like?Working with your squad, other episode teams and business services to define, prioritise and deliver a radically improved experience for our 3rd party customersResearch and test hypotheses for improved experiences with our customers, both current and newWork closely with our delivery partners to ensure our 3rd party customers are able to stay safe using our digital portal channelsHelp shape the business strategy, including defining innovative & sustainable designs that enable continuous delivery of business value through Epics to FeaturesOptimise the experience through the introduction of industry best standards and technologies, with a focus on the authentication domainUsing your understanding of the end to end experiences to help design solutions that leverage existing capabilities where relevantWhat will you bring?Passionate about radically improving the authentication experience – with a genuine understanding of the importance it plays within their overall customer experienceAbility to translate strategy and goals into an executable roadmap, which unifies a team and provides clarity to stakeholdersExperience in running high performing, agile squadsStrong communicator and problem solver with understanding to translate business needs into commercially viable solution designs that can be implemented by the delivery teamsBig picture thinker and a willingness to accept and adapt ideas from various sources to ensure a holistic approachNever satisfied with "good enough" – you're always wanting to push ideas and encourage your peers to do the same.A continuous and pragmatic problem solver who enjoys creating order from chaos.Knowledge and practical hands-on experience working with modern, digital technologies, favourably demonstrable experience in the authentication domain such as passkeys and MFAPrevious delivery of the end-to-end, digital onboarding, authentication or open banking experience in financial services or similar industryDeep understanding of related privacy, financial crime and fraud requirements would be an advantageSo why join us?From the moment you join ANZ, you'll be doing meaningful work that will shape a world where people and communities thrive.
