Comprising of highly qualified, John Deere trained technicians, the team provides over-the-phone, on-farm, and Precision Ag support to assist customers seamlessly connect to their machines. This service provides clients with access to essential data insights, facilitating improvements in farm productivity and profitability. Within TECSight, our Field Specialists are responsible for identifying custom solutions while seamlessly delivering them to our customers, whether that be equipment, parts, servicing or technology.

Experience as a John Deere Technician, Agronomist and/or background in Precision AgStrong coaching, training and mentoring skillsStrong communication skills with a customer-focused attitudeExcellent organisational skills while demonstrating a keen attention to detailProficient in the use of standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Sales software toolsAbout Hutcheon and PearceHutcheon & Pearce, the largest Australian family-owned John Deere dealership, with a rich history, spanning over 70 years across NSW.
