About TECSight: TECSight is our dedicated support service we offer to our valued customers which allows them to get the most out of their John Deere Technology.
Comprising of highly qualified, John Deere trained technicians, the team provides over-the-phone, on-far, and Precision Ag support to assist customers seamlessly connect to their machines.
This service provides clients with access to essential data insights, facilitating improvements in farm productivity and profitability.
Within TECSight, our Field Specialists are responsible for identifying custom solutions while seamlessly delivering them to our customers, whether that be equipment, parts, servicing or technology.
About The Role: Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and run customer demonstrations, clinics and product optimisation daysAssist in start-ups and optimisations of selected new machinery and solutions with the aim of training service, TECSight and sales staff at each locationEnsuring quality machine data capture, proper machine set-up and proper delivery of third-party's recommendations.Providing feedback on quality control procedures for pre-delivery work across the groupParticipates in dealership promotions events, field days and clinicsMaintain current production practices, latest trends, changes in regulations and product knowledge of all equipment, parts and services available to customersCreate solutions to optimise machine performance based on customer requirementsOffer Tier 2 technical assistance for our internal service teams.About You: The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
Experience as a John Deere Technician, Agronomist and / or background in Precision AgStrong coaching, training and mentoring skillsStrong communication skills with a customer focused attitudeExcellent organisational skills while demonstrating a keen attention to detailProficient in the use of standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Sales software toolsWhat's on Offer?
