The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. Responsibilities1. Responsible for features moderation logic optimization and exploring strategic directions deeply through data analysis. 2. Responsible for generating short-term and long-term roadmaps to improve moderation performance and key metrics. 3. Responsible for moderation & platform operation related projects and push requirements launch successfully and efficiently. 4. Connect with upstream and downstream business teams such as PM, R&D, Algorithm, and moderation operation teams to optimize business processes and improve the work efficiency of the entire link. 5. Responsible for driving strategic projects, managing the program progress and align with cross-functional (XFN) teams. Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor degree or above- Minimum 3 years of Internet strategy product or product operation experience, relevant work experience in the field of content security is a plus.- Proven experience in large scale platform design (0 to 1) or similar capacity- Good logical, structural thinking and product sense- Proven experience in using data to analyse performance and using insight to drive performance, relevant work experience in data analysis or SQL skill is a plus. Preferred Qualifications- Strong project management ability, with experience in complex project management and promotion.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (especially with Engineering and R&D teams).- Account/feature content moderation-related work experience preferred.
