Product Operations Analyst

Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology) About the Company:Join a large global B2C brand and industry leader, with the customer at the heart of everything they do. As part of their product-led journey, they are now looking for a Product Operations Analyst to refine processes and identify gaps for improvement with Product Ops. This is a new function for the business and you will be a key part of their journey as they continue to bed down product-led principles throughout the organisation.About the Role:You will be highly analytical with strong understanding of product principles, to support the product team to drive more effective collaboration, efficient decision making, and user-centred thinking. You will play a critical role in ensuring products are developed and delivered efficiently, aligning with the business goals and customer needs, while making sure the team has the tools and processes in place to operate effectively. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to streamline product development processes.Analyse product performance data and generate insights to inform decision-making.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development and delivery.Support the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all operational aspects are covered.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.Assist in the creation of product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.About You:5+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experienceMinimum 2 years in a Product Operations or Data Analyst roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools e.g Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel and SQLStrong understanding of product management principles and methodologies, user research and UCD principlesFamiliarity with agile development processesFor more information on this role and others I have in the Product space, get in touch with Olivia at BLACKROC at ****** / 0467 918 176 .  Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
