About the role As a Product Officer, you will report to the Senior Manager Product Management (Consumer) and will be responsible for supporting Product Managers and the Senior Manager with the design, development, delivery, management, and performance of Product portfolios.
As our new Product Officer, you will manage the relevant customer segment products in accordance with the requirements of the Product Lifecycle Framework, including the implementation of approved pricing changes.
You will contribute to the analysis of new product opportunities and well-researched recommendations and work with key stakeholders to assist, develop, and implement new product opportunities.
Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of business cases for the approval of new product ideas and assist with the regular review of products to capture and implement opportunities for incremental improvements. You will develop a sound understanding of customer segment needs, behaviours, attitudes, and buyer values and understand market dynamics, trends, and competitor activities and their impact on the customer segment.
As our dynamic and supportive Product Officer, you will assist in the documentation and communication of segment insights and performance to key stakeholders and assist with post-launch new product review after 3 months.
