As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brand-related products, including Gift Cards and ancillary offerings. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that not only enhance product visibility but also foster customer engagement and loyalty. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for creating targeted retention strategies and organising impactful events tailored to diverse customer segments. Your collaborative spirit and analytical mindset will help us deepen our connection with our audience and elevate our brand presence in the market.
Your Responsibilities: Oversee the lifecycle of brand-related products, including gift cards and ancillary offerings, ensuring they align with our overall brand strategy. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote products, driving awareness, adoption, and retention. Create targeted retention strategies that resonate with different customer groups, focusing on building long-term relationships and enhancing customer lifetime value. Organise and execute events that engage various customer segments, fostering community and promoting brand loyalty. Work closely with sales, design, and digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all channels. Utilise market research and customer data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Who you are: 5+ years in a marketing / partnerships-based role. Degree in Marketing/or similar is desired. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Leadership Collaboration: Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Supplier Management: Experience working with a variety of external suppliers and agencies to enhance marketing efforts, ensuring quality deliverables and effective partnerships.
Event Management: Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing successful marketing events and campaigns, from concept to completion, including budgeting and performance analysis.
Data-Driven Initiatives: Strong background in leveraging data analytics to drive marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure performance against key metrics.
Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Creative Problem Solving: Ability to develop innovative marketing solutions and strategies in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring and leading marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
