Key Responsibilities: Strategic Product Positioning: Develop and refine compelling product messaging that resonates with our target audience. Ensure clear and differentiated positioning for our SaaS offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Sales Enablement: Create and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials tailored to various verticals, including GTM (Go-To-Market) decks for each new feature/product. Content Creation: Lead the production of engaging product content, including mini-demo videos, email updates, and webinars. Coordinate and host webinars showcasing product updates and new features to drive engagement. Product Launches and Packaging: Design and execute successful product launch strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product rollouts that meet market demands. Market Intelligence: Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to inform product strategy. Create detailed customer personas and product use cases while maintaining a comprehensive competitive landscape analysis.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and report on product marketing campaigns. Measure and optimise campaign performance to drive product adoption and growth. Key Attributes Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach. To be successful you will have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS environments Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools Desired Experience: Experience working with SaaS products serving the NFP, NGO, or Government sectors.
