Job Summary: The Product Marketing Manager is a pivotal role which is crucial for the ANZ region.
Overseeing a portfolio of products with a robust product roadmap, the position requires strong business acumen to significantly transform the Massey Ferguson business in various markets to drive regional change.
Your Impact Reporting directly to the Manager of Marketing for Massey Ferguson ANZ and collaborating closely with key stakeholders in the MF Sales & Marketing teams, the Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing business performance through their assigned product portfolio.
Take ownership of the assigned market segment and lead product introductions, whilst driving strategic recommendations that will shape future customer focused product activity.
Communicate with Dealers and colleagues to monitor market activity and formulate marketing strategies.
Work with the Marketing Communications team, to recommend and develop advertising and sales campaign activities.
Travel to source factories, where required, to be trained on new product releases and strategies.
Drive accountability and action across the global landscape to help achieve AGCO's long term growth ambitions for the business and for your product portfolio.
Develop business opportunities using modeling, analysis, processes and systems.
Provide in house training and when necessary, coordinate and conduct regional dealer training events.
Develop and identify opportunities to improve sales documentation and gaps in information delivery to support product introductions and continued sales growth of current product ranges in the ANZ region.
Take strong accountability and awareness of current stock levels and future product arrivals to ensure optimum levels are in country, while carefully considering ramp up and ramp down strategies through the NPI process.
When necessary, follow up sales programs with key business stakeholders, to ensure optimum engagement.
Support maintenance of pricing & ordering database / systems.
Maintain an up-to-date competitive comparison against major competitors, considering their position / offers in the marketplace.
Where appropriate, presenting this content to key stakeholders for leverage in the marketplace.
Maintain strong knowledge of the specification requirements to meet market demand within your assigned product portfolio, ensuring this is reflected in company owned inventory across the ANZ region.
Take ownership of sales & marketing program proposals with consideration of B2B & B2C campaigns, working with key stakeholders to meet deadlines for program & campaign release.
Other tasks and projects that support business growth as assigned by your line manager.
