Your Responsibilities The Product Marketing Manager - Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) will take ownership of the following:
Product & Services Marketing - Managing designated CRM products, services, and software throughout their lifecycle (pre-launch through to phase-out).Customer Insights - Developing an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and workflows through direct consultation with healthcare professionals.Campaign Management – Managing field campaigns, tactics, communications and events end-to-end in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.Cross-functional Projects - Leading and supporting working groups for designated business projects.Forecasting Accuracy - Collaborating with other functions on routine business processes, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and financial forecasting. Qualification and Experience? Candidates with the below experiences and qualifications are considered ideal for this role:
Previous sales and/or product management experience in medical field. Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management/ElectrophysiologyExperience in promoting services as a product. BS/BA degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree.Knowledge of Australian Healthcare market, specifically the cardiology market.
