We are an international team that works remotely and we're keen to hear your story.As the Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and direct all end-to-end product marketing initiatives. You will also understand the details and nuances of the product's market intimately, customer needs, buyer personas, and overall financials and KPIs to strategically position our products for different segments like global carriers, MSPs, alliances, and other partners.Customer Focus: Partner with the product management team to champion the customer's voice from strategic decision making to tactical activitiesMarket Research & Analysis: Conduct market and customer research to refine our target markets, segments and personas. Turn those data points into actionable insights that the rest of the organization can get behindPositioning and messaging: Define the strategic positioning for our products, develop the value propositions and the master messaging for which all other assets deriveMarketing Content and Communications: Create and contribute to high-value audience-centric multi-channel content like blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webcasts/videos, and marketing campaign assets. Able to brief and ideate with content and campaign teams to deliver high impact internal/external contentProduct launch management: Manage the launch framework for product releases, including GTM plans, assets and campaign recommendationsCross departmental Collaboration: Lead quality conversations which develop consistency across product design, language and messaging, with an unwavering focus on the customersQualifications3+ years of marketing experience gained at an international SaaS company with a focus on SMB, SME and MSP business2+ years of product marketing experience with a solid understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in the IT industryA natural story-teller with the proven ability to synthesise complex conceptsExcellent writing and presentation skills, comfortable presenting regularly to internal and external audiences (Native proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus)Enthusiasm for embracing the unknown, from innovative products to developing new processesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence effectively across departments, particularly Sales, Product and Marketing teamsHands-on mentality, enjoys working in a team environment with cross functional stakeholdersDetail-oriented, well organized and efficient at managing multiple projects simulatenouslyAdditional InformationOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal startRemote role, based in the UK with occasional travel within UK and EuropeGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus and stock-based options, regular salary reviewsAccess to Corporate Benefits platform with many discountsRegular T eam events and company-wide celebrationsOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership LunchesWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting countryWe celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
