Who are we?So you might ask, who's CreditorWatch?Well, we are a leading Australian data and technology company that provides businesses with access to unique data and innovative products.By using our platform, our customers can confidently manage their commercial relationships, improve productivity and reduce financial risk.As a commercial credit reporting bureau, we offer a complete suite of credit reporting products and data insights covering the entire customer lifecycle, from customer onboarding and credit decision automation to credit risk management and automated collections.We were established in 2010 and most recently were named as one of AFR's Top 10 Best Places to Work as well as certified by Great Place to Work consecutively across 2022 and 2023.We saw significant growth in 2023 and that's not about to change.We are getting ready for a massive 2024 and scaling at pace, making this the perfect time to join CreditorWatch.Your Role & Team We are seeking a dynamic and strategic  Product Marketing Manager  who is passionate about driving product success in a B2B SaaS environment.You will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, a knack for creating compelling messaging, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver impactful product marketing initiatives.This role reports directly to our  Head of Product Marketing  and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to: Product Enablement for Sales Teams: Innovate and Empower:  Develop and execute a product enablement program that transforms our sales team into product champions.Educate and Inspire:  Arm our sales teams with deep knowledge of CreditorWatch product releases, value propositions, messaging, positioning, and competitor insights.Create and Curate:  Maintain a dynamic library of sales tools, including pitch decks, cheat sheets, talk tracks, battle cards, case studies, and competitive intelligence.Product Campaigns: Collaborate and Create:  Work with cross-functional teams to craft and execute high-impact product campaigns and initiatives that drive growth and product adoption.Content Wizardry:  Partner with stakeholders to produce compelling content like blogs, white papers, sales collateral, social media posts, and product guides.Product/ Feature Launch: Plan and Execute:  Join forces with Product Management and the wider Marketing team to orchestrate flawless go-to-market (GTM) launches.Raise Awareness : Successfully launch new features, products, and services, boosting awareness and driving adoption.Continuous Improvement: Drive Growth:  Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to foster continuous growth, adoption, and engagement through compelling messaging.Test and Optimise:  Collaborate to experiment, test, and refine product messaging, optimising campaign performance across all channels.Stay Ahead:  Keep us ahead of market trends, ensuring our product positioning is always competitive and cutting-edge.Requirements Our ideal candidate Ideally you'll be someone who has 4+ years of product marketing experience under their belt, ideally working with SaaS products.You'll be a creative thinker, a strong communicator and a proactive problem solver with a proven track record of successful product marketing in a fast-paced environment.Benefits More than just work Keep Active –  All employees get a Fitness First Platinum gym membership.?
