Scope: A Product Marketing Manager at RecordPoint is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for RecordPoint products.
The PMM will serve as an authority on the personas, market, and capabilities of RecordPoint's products and be the subject matter expert for our revenue-generating teams, arming them with insights on how to speak about the value and differentiation of our products.
This role requires strong writing, presentation, planning, and execution skills with an ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.

You will be responsible for:Positioning & Messaging Framework - Determines the challenges your audience faces and how your product offers a solutionProduct Features & Benefits - Describes how your product fits into the audience's current workflows and improves them.Liaison with Product Team - Provides audience insights to the product team and collaborates to make sure products you are marketing meet audience needs.Liaison with Customer Facing Teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support) - Ensures the company deeply understands the full scope of the audience's challenges and how the product fits into their lives/workflows.Competitive Analysis - Maintains a side by side comparison explaining how competitors solve problems for your audience.Audience Interviews - Asks questions about the audience's entire workflow.Audience Research & Persona Development - Creates a full profile of each company type and persona.Product Launch Planning & Execution - Product launches are in service of a broader narrative of filling a specific audience need.Sales Enablement Content - Creates content that shows how your product fits into the full-stack of tools your audience uses.Content Roadmap Suggestions - Creates content that highlights a range of things your audience cares about.You will do:Understand RecordPoint's products and customers' needs to articulate compelling user stories that apply to our value proposition, clearly stating our unique selling points to prospective and current customers.Effectively position and communicate the key benefits of our product and services so that the market, partners, prospective customers, and product understand how our product works, delivers value and is better than competitor solutions.Create engaging product content that can be used by various internal and external stakeholders, including solution overviews, white papers, product demos, product videos, webinars (including presenting), competitive data, battle cards, website copy, etc.Communicate our products' and services' vision and value to revenue-generating teams; develop sales playbooks, tools, and other sales-enablement assets that facilitate the selling process.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, positioning, and opportunities. This includes maintaining and regularly updating our competitive analysis feature, messaging, and pricing comparisons.Own product pricing and packaging, using marketing research, sales data, and other customer insights to update and improve our offerings.Track customer use cases and successes, producing compelling customer stories.You will bring:Direct product marketing experience with a track record of driving growth in technology companies.The ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Executive.
