ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist the sales team and other business partners with technical problem solving, machinery start-ups, and coordinate information from the YONGLI Headquarters. Assist with product testing, developing industry and company specifications. Requires travel in order to build strong relationships with customers and with other business partners. Develop technical sales strategies for business growth. Provide leadership for product issues that may result in claim resolution. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the leadership of our sales team to develop additional sales strategies that will drive business. Alongside the leadership team, develop and execute the identified territory business plan, and actively grow sales within existing accounts. Establish and maintain effective programs to coach, train, and provide feedback to outside sales team members. May provide quotes and information to customers and other departments in a timely and accurate manner. Develop an in-depth understanding of market segments, key customers, and the competitive landscape. Work with Marketing to ensure proper communication on corporate initiatives and new product launches are targeted and effectively communicated. Participate in industry events; attending tradeshows, e-conferences/webinars, and other industry associated events. Build rapport and strong relationships with distribution, end-users and specifying influences. Serve as a customer information center for literature requests, catalog requests, technical detail, and cross-reference information. Employees will be required to follow and perform any other job-related instruction and duties by their supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably a Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering). Minimum 3 years Technical or product sales experience in selective industry. Experience in logistic automation, food machinery, general automation is highly preferred. Conveyor belting industry experience is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrate ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents). This position also accepts home-based and domestic upon demand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
