As a Product Marketing Lead, you'll work closely with the broader marketing team, product, and go-to-market teams to bring our product to market, refine our positioning, and reinforce a differentiated narrative in the minds of our customers and target audience.
You'll be an outstanding communicator and cross-functional collaborator, passionate about helping customers understand the value of Dovetail's products.
What you will doInfluence messaging and positioning.
Partner with leadership to determine how we position the product in market, define our value propositions, and the language we use in marketing material.Develop a deep understanding of our market and customer.
Define customer personas, prioritize their biggest challenges, define segments, understand purchasing behaviors, and research competing offerings.Lead product launches.
Write blog posts, help articles, create launch materials for our sales team, write email newsletters, and communicate with our rapidly growing Slack community.Craft and execute elite product marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and target audiences across all channels.Drive cross-functional strategic projects.
Lead and drive cross-functional strategic projects, collaborating with others to translate strategic opportunities into deliverable projects.Partner with our product team.
Contribute to our product strategy, prioritize features, and advocate for our customers.Enable our go-to-market teams.
Support our sales and customer success teams with assets, programs, and campaigns.Lead a strategic product marketing focus area.
Work closely with our Head of Product Marketing to build the team and define ways of working.Your backgroundStrong product marketing leadership experience.
You've launched multiple products and features from ideation to launch to adoption.Experience working closely with product teams.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.Clear communicator.
Distill big ideas into concise talking points and bring the voice of the customer to the team.Experience with B2B SaaS products.
Understand product-led growth strategies for B2B SaaS products.Pragmatism.
Willing to get into the details to ensure consistent messaging for our customers.Strong domain expertise is a plus.
