About the job We're looking for a Program Manager – People/ HR Systems to join our global team.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible to lead the delivery of the Worley People transformation program to quality, cost and time, driven in-line with our values, behaviours and leadership principles.
The program comprises of four People/ HR technology projects, including scope to fix the foundations of our existing People solutions, implement a new Candidate Relationship Management solution, implement a new Pay Equity solution and significantly expand Onboarding with an existing People solution.
You will have four Project Manager direct reports and many indirect reports and a variety of executive and senior stakeholders, plus vendors and consultant partners.
You will be based in Australia and can work from home and/or a local Worley office.

Lead with purpose, motivating your project team to work toward clear, shared goals.
Build strong connections with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged by regularly sharing progress, challenges, and new opportunities.

Deliver What Matters Drive the successful delivery of four HR tech projects in a dynamic, global organization.
Ensure everything runs smoothly—on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Keep the program on track by managing resources, timelines, and budgets, and keeping everyone in the loop with transparent updates.
What You'll Bring Proven experience managing complex HCM/HRIS programs with multiple projects and integrations.
A strong track record in leading large-scale, technology-driven business transformation in global organizations.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Effective leadership skills, with experience building high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, engaging both functional and technical teams, often remotely.
Strong experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and benefits realization.
Knowledge of People (HCM) processes and systems.
Experience with ERP, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, or CRM solutions is a plus.
Project Management or Change Management certification is highly regarded.
