The Role As the Product Manager for Web Development and UI/UX Design, you will play a critical role in shaping, managing, and expanding our digital product offerings. You will be responsible for not only maintaining our current services but also for developing new solutions that align with market needs and business goals. This role requires a unique blend of product management and sales expertise, as you will also drive the commercial success of these products by supporting the sales team and contributing to sales targets.
What You'll Do Lead Product Strategy: Develop and enhance our web development and UI/UX products, identify new opportunities, and create product roadmaps that align with market needs and business goals. Lead Sales Performance: Support the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by providing strategic input, crafting proposals, and developing pricing models that maximise deal closure rates while maintaining profitability. Scope & Deliver Projects: Accurately scope a range of projects, from eCommerce solutions to bespoke system and API integrations, ensuring all projects are profitable and aligned with client expectations. Engage with Clients: Lead client consultations, including UX workshops and discovery sessions, offering expert guidance to define project goals and solutions tailored to their needs. Monitor Product Performance: Track and optimise product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements that enhance client satisfaction, conversion rates, and overall product profitability. Oversee Budget & Expenditure: Manage the budget for product development, project costing, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI. Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue opportunities by expanding and enhancing existing services and developing new products that align with market demand. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams—design, development, marketing, and project management—to ensure consistency between product vision and delivery. Manage Risks: Identify potential risks in product development and delivery, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain profitability and high client satisfaction. About You: 5+ years of experience in product management, technical sales, or project scoping in web development and UI/UX design. Proven track record in managing and expanding digital product lines, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Expertise in leading UX workshops, scoping eCommerce solutions, and developing bespoke system and API integrations. Solid understanding of CRO strategies and customer experience optimisation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
