Responsibilities: Drive the offering management and product marketing activities of Core Thermal and Customized Thermal product portfolio across ANZ to maximize growth in revenue/order and margin of Thermal Management product line, by working closely with Head of Thermal Management, Sales Team, pre-sales and other functional teams in ANZ. This includes: Understanding of customers and market requirements, collecting critical voice of customer and corresponding product & solution needs. Managing and coordinating market launches of new products and solution. Managing Core & Customized Product portfolio to maximize revenue, margin & market share. Conducting business cases, market penetration & product studies on product growth initiatives and new product/solution development. Coordinate with Regional/Global engineering/Centre of Expertise to evaluate Non-Standard Features, new applications and new product development to support the Thermal business requirements in ANZ. Technical enablement and education of internal and external stakeholders on Thermal Product/Solution and product positioning into the marketplace. Provide Thermal product support and expertise to Sales team, pre-sales team and other functional teams. Provide reporting to the Statutory Authorities & other relevant reporting. End-User, Consultant and Contractor Technical Engagement to influence Thermal Product/Solution specification and Product/Solution adoption. OHS, Environment & Quality: Comply with all Work Health & Safety, Environment and Quality obligations. Actively promote safety in the workplace. Requirements: Min Vocational (B.Eng). Thermal Management products & solutions. Strong experience in Thermal management - system design and technical/product marketing. This is a customer-facing role with a strong focus to meet and exceed customers' technical system and solution demands.
