Job DescriptionSo, where do you fit in? We're searching for a Product Manager to join our Superannuation Solutions stream. You'll be working with a team of Software Engineers, Test Engineers, DevOps, Designers, Product Solutions Consultants and Product Solutions Specialist whilst collaborating with the wider business.
Day to day you'll: Ensure GROW's products are built and continually improved to create meaningful value for customers and all stakeholders within the companyOwn the roadmap (collate and manage)Work with stakeholders to prioritise work (including admin, finance, other streams)Maintain and articulate priorities to the streamEnsure the stream is aware of upcoming features/work with sufficient runway to complete workAssist with discovery & delivery as requiredEnsure adequate documentation created/maintained for features/handover to the business.QualificationsPlease note that GROW is open to remote employees located within Australia only, preferably in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. At GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper. However, to be successful in this role, we're ideally looking for:
