We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world's best systems and processes.The Deposits, Pricing and Governance Crew is responsible for the manufacturing and profitable growth of Retail Savings, Term Deposit and Safe Custody Products. Our responsibilities include the product strategy, product design, pricing, customer experience, risk and day to day management of the Deposit suite of products.Do work that mattersReporting to the Chapter Lead, Specialised Products you will play a key role in the Specialised Products squad. As a member of the Specialised Products squad, you will support the Product Owner in developing & executing major initiatives to meet our business priorities. You will play a critical role in helping the Deposits, Pricing and Governance Crew deliver exceptional customer and channel experiences, whilst also being responsible for ensuring changes are safely executed and risk outcomes are met. You will play a fundamental role in the day-to-day management of CommBank's Safe Custody products to ensure we meet the needs of all stakeholders. There will also be opportunities for this role to be involved in strategic projects across the wider deposit suite of products as well.More specifically, you will:Proactively identify, understand and manage risks across the business ensuring they are capturedDevelop, implement and embed strategies for driving sustainable growth of Deposits portfolio (incl Safe Custody)Understand dynamics of the Safe Custody portfolio, including key drivers, trends and leading indicators, and ideate plans to adapt to changing conditions and opportunitiesUnderstand and listen to the voice of the customer, be across and predict industry trends to identify customer improvements to support our customers meet their goalsPlay a leading role across the broader Everyday Banking team, fostering collaborative culture and ensuring all CommBank's values are demonstrated at all timesWe want to hear from you if you have:Experience managing banking productsAnalytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills and attention to detailCommercial acumen, balanced by a desire to achieve optimal customer outcomesProven capability in analysing and uplifting key customer journeys and processesCurious mindsetProven track record of strong performance deliveryExcellent communication and influencing skillsProven ability to build and leverage strong stakeholder relationshipsDeeper/more specialised skills in one or more of strategy development, project management or marketing/customer acquisition & retention are desirableRelevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Risk Management or similarRisk Mindset - All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risksIf this sounds like you, apply today!Working with usWhether you're passionate about customer service, data-driven, or creatively inclined, CommBank offers a career for you.
