We celebrate success and have fun while working hard." What you'll be doing We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our innovative software product based on the Microsoft Dynamics framework.
This role is critical in driving the product from inception through to licensing, ensuring its success in the market.
This role will suit a high energy person, that has the mentality of a start-up entrepreneur with the backing of a large company.
This role will be high intensity and a blend of technology, sales and the desire to create a better education environment.
Due to the start-up nature of this role, it is not suitable for candidates looking for flexibility, or work life balance at least in the first 2-3 years.

Scholarion is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and is a dedicated platform for managing schools.
It uses the best features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver seamless digital experiences, all in the one system, and accessible on any device.
The platform supports a variety of workflow processes and approvals, including:
co-curricular managementstudent activities and trackingenrolments and academic reportscommunicationsresource and incident managementfinance and operationsIt integrates seamlessly with systems like Azure and the Power Platform, as well as with other applications via APIs and message queues.
The full suite of the solution contains 12 modules, and it can be tailored depending on which modules your school needs, both today and in the future.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyondDevelop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needsConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketingGather and prioritize product requirements, creating detailed product specificationsManage the product backlog and work closely with development teams in an Agile environmentDefine and track key performance metrics for the productOversee the product licensing process and strategyAct as the voice of the customer, incorporating user feedback into product iterationsStay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics updatesKeep abreast of emerging trends and competitors in the market, and based on market insights, suggest innovative features or pivot strategiesEnsure the product complies with all relevant laws, regulations and reporting requirementsCreate materials and training to help the sales team understand and sell the product effectivelyPresent the product at conferences, webinars, industry events, as well as during client and prospective client meetingsWorking Conditions: Permanent, full-time roleBased in Sydney/Brisbane/CanberraOnsiteWillingness to travel interstate as requiredWhat will make you successful in this role?
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software productsProven track record of taking a product from conception to market successfullyStrong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics framework and its ecosystemExperience with Agile development methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsPreferred Skills Experience with CRM or ERP systemsFamiliarity with licensing models for enterprise softwareKnowledge of data analytics and business intelligence toolsCertification in product management or Microsoft DynamicsBackground or experience in education systemsDesired Background Experience working in or with education systems is highly desirableUnderstanding of the unique needs and challenges of educational institutionsFamiliarity with software applications used in educational settingsHow to apply  Recruitment Agencies/Headhunters: We got this covered.
