About the organisation: Our client is a global leader in diabetes care who are committed to providing unwavering support to their customers and delivering the highest quality products. They know that consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so they strive to continually improve the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyse glucose levels. About the role: This newly created role will look after Primary Care Marketing for the Diabetes Care division and will be responsible for the company's digitally led sensor-based continuous gluciose monitoring technology. Your duties include, but are not limited to: Partner with ANZ Commercial, Sales & Training to align and implement primary care health care professional (HCP) marketing strategies that align to the Area/Global direction, brand road-maps, customer journeys and business plans In collaboration with Medical Affairs, Commercial & Sales, develop and implement best in class HCP continuing education and activation programs and related events/initiatives Devise and drive marketing & commercial sensor technology strategies, plans, and tactics for Primary Care (incl. pharmacies) targeting General Practitioners (GPs), Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Diabetes Nurse Educators (who work in Primary Care) and other relevant allied health professions Define and drive the digital strategies for medical, websites and HCP websites/apps and work with the CRM marketing manager to drive direct to HCP CRM strategy About you: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Management or Sciences; Healthcare marketing management experience, with a predominant focus on primary care is crucial; Experience with customer journey planning & customer segmentation models; Medical device industry experience is advantageous; and Exceptional digital health literacy & digital marketing experience.
