We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Product Pricing Manager to join our Melbourne-based Product team. The Product Pricing Manager plays a pivotal role in helping our teams to build strong roadmaps, and continually developing new product ideas and improvements that align with our vision.
This person will be a resident thought-leader and commercial product evangelist who thrives in working across a diverse organisation, taking stakeholders on a journey, explaining the process and building a roadmap to execute new areas for development, increase present capability and push product innovation. Specifically this will involve new ways of working - rapid experimentation in response to a quickly evolving market and partnering with all other business teams to find additional ways to drive product excellence.
What You'll Do Taking responsibility for a horizons-driven portfolio, including planning, roadmapping, executing and reporting outcomes Ensure that the sequence of work is well aligned with the overall strategy and horizon vision of the organisation, and is optimised for learning and value delivery. Cultivate the right strategy and work practices to drive the growth of the business. Engaging with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to marketing and customer strategies. Building successful relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors. Developing and executing on our vision, strategy, and roadmaps to meet market and customer needs whilst delivering sustainable and successful products. You should apply if Have delivered new products before Have worked directly with customers before in understanding and building digital product Understand the crypto and broader fintech technical ecosystems Ideally 6-7+ years in product management (or tech leadership) Communication, storytelling and influencing capabilities are your strong points You have significant experience leading B2B product portfolios within digital and technology industries You have strongly demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of the product portfolio, including profit, loss and pricing What will put you on top of our shortlist? An entrepreneurial mindset. This could be demonstrated by having a side gig, working with a startup or engaging in the startup community. You have experience in crypto companies, fintech or payments You have an interest in digital currency and blockchain technology Logistics To be eligible for this role you must hold full Australian working rights, unfortunately, we are unable to offer visas of any kind at this time!
