We've raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK.We are seeking a Product Manager for Platform Automations to join our dynamic team as we move into hyper growth!
What you'll do: Work with LLMs to Create Intelligent Systems: Develop AI-driven operating systems with goals, objectives, and recursive behaviours to complete complex tasks efficiently.
Consider Medical Context in Product Development: Ensure that the medical context is embedded in the product, including monitoring performance, creating validation steps for high risk tasks and measuring clinical risk.
Rapid Iteration with Users: Work closely with clinicians and users to iterate on the product as quickly as possible, ensuring we build the most effective version of these systems.
Engage Partner EHR Systems: Work with our Integration team to utilise our partner Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems' read and write APIs and incorporate them seamlessly into automation workflows for deeper integration and extension.
Obsess Over Product Craft and User Experience: Have an obsession for product craft, especially around UX, UI, and design, which defines Heidi Product Managers.
Measure and Monitor Performance: Measure and monitor the objective performance of what you ship to ensure we continuously grow faster and increase user retention.
What we'll look for: 3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally at a high-growth SaaS startup.
Proven ability to ship 0-1 products, deeply involved in the entire life cycle from idea to launch.
Strong technical background, ideally as a product engineer. You're well-versed in software development and UX design principles.
Detail-oriented and relentless in your pursuit of quality—nothing falls through the cracks.
Analytical problem-solver who makes data-driven decisions.
Excellent communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable taking on multiple roles, wearing different hats, and solving shifting challenges.
Passionate about healthcare—although specific industry experience isn't required, your desire to impact patient care should be.
Having experience as a clinician is a nice-to-have but not required
