What you'll be doing This role is strategic and hands-on, critical to ensuring market success for Reapit's products in the relevant domain. Reporting to the Head of Product (Transactional Revenue), you will: Become the subject matter expert and oversee the end-to-end development process of products within the Reapit Property Management Payments domain by directly engaging with all business stakeholders (such as customers, developers, business analysts, designers, marketing, training, etc.); Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with development, design, marketing, and operational teams to drive successful product launches; Manage multi-cycle initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring that the capabilities and features we develop are usable by, and add value to, the people who use our software so that we have a commercially viable and profitable product; Develop business cases and models that communicate financial outcomes for new products/initiatives; Define problem statements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Developers and Product Designers so that it can be built properly the first time, reducing our cost and time to market; Facilitate and participate in agile planning sessions with the Development team to ensure deliverables for future releases are agreed, acceptance criteria are accurately documented, and priority is clearly understood and in line with the product roadmap; Facilitate and run customer engagement sessions to manage customer projects and gather feedback on beta products/features, delivering & prioritising feedback and suggested improvements to the design & development teams; Analyse customer feedback such as NPS results and develop recommendations & action plans to address feedback and drive improved scores in the future; Conduct research and provide recommendations on existing product refinement and new product development; Use prioritisation frameworks to score proposed feature development items and provide recommendations for roadmap scheduling accordingly; Provide advice on pricing and packaging initiatives; Keep up to date with changes to real estate legislation and any other important changes (e.g. cultural, competitive, etc.) in the domain Reapit's Property Management products operate in; Keep abreast of the latest in industry trends and technology. Who we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don't worry if you don't meet all of them, we'd still like to hear from you. 5+ years experience working in a product management role or a role with similar responsibilities; 5+ years experience working within the fintech/accounting/banking technology space with an understanding of accounting and Australia's banking system; Tertiary Education to a Bachelor level and Product Management Certification; Experience working in a lean and agile software development environment; Ability to define clear market-driven product requirements and interact closely with engineering teams to deliver new capabilities; Excellent communications skills to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders; Knowledge of the real estate industry is not essential but desirable; Experience with B2B enterprise software solutions is not essential but desirable. What your impact and success looks like As Product Manager, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:Within 1 month: Establish a high-level understanding of the product including a good understanding of core features; Develop a good understanding of Reapit systems, tools, and processes including Software Development Life Cycle, Product Roadmap, Documentation tools, Ticketing system, etc.; Begin to assist in defining problem statements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for features; Undertake SAFe training; Within 3 months: Become confident in using Reapit systems, tools, and processes including tools for gathering insights on user behaviour; Establish an in-depth understanding of the primary features of the product; Define problem statements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for medium complexity features/improvements; Participate in customer engagement sessions to document feedback and report on insights/recommendations; Assist in the development of go-to-market plans; Within 6 months: Establish a comprehensive understanding of the product, on track to becoming a subject matter expert; Independently facilitate customer engagement sessions and report on insights/recommendations; Define problem statements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for complex features/improvements.
