What you'll do Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with leadership to create and deliver on a 12-month product roadmap aligned with Wpay's vision, strategy, and commercial goals.Team Leadership & Product Delivery: Lead and oversee product delivery squads, prioritising tasks to balance functionality, technical debt, commercial trade-offs, and regulatory compliance.Stakeholder Management: Align with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams, including managing cross-product dependencies within Wpay and the broader Woolworths Group.Market Analysis & Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and market trends through research, data analysis, and feedback to identify future product opportunities.Communication & Reporting: Communicate roadmap progress to senior leadership and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to support product launches and address feedback.What you'll bring API Product Management: Extensive experience (5+ years) in managing API products, with a deep understanding of card payments and alternative payment methods (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, BNPL).Product Growth & Roadmap Execution: Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, drive customer and business value, and successfully grow and scale products.Strong Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills (written and verbal), with a customer-centric approach.Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of API development methodologies (Agile), documentation standards (Swagger), and relevant industry standards (PCI DSS, AS2805, ISO8583) is highly desirable.Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, combined with a creative and innovative mindset.What you'll Experience Work from Anywhere - A progressive and flexible 'Work from Anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeing.Team Discounts - Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.Parental Leave - 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers.
