Product Manager - Knees

Corin is seeking a Product Manager, Knees, who will be the Corin "expert" responsible for managing all aspects of marketing support for Corin's knee products including knee implant brands and associated assistive technologies, namely Apollos in Australia.Our ideal Product Manager – Knees will have/bePrior experience working within orthopedics, specifically hip or knee replacement will be highly regarded.Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare engineering, sales, and/or marketing.Bachelor's degree in life science, biomedical, health, or related field.High level of business acumen, excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with high-level surgeon opinion leaders.Comfortable with interstate and overseas travel to attend conferences and for training purposes therefore a driver's license is essential.Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.The key responsibilities of the Product ManagerProduct supportDevelop brand business plans in conjunction with the Marketing Director & BDM inputs.Drive portfolio reviews and product life cycles.Deal with all forecasting requirements for existing products.Define portfolio opportunities (new and life-cycle enhancements).Manage kit allocations & stock to ensure high ROI and opportunity realization.Provide expert-level education, and training & support the sales & marketing teams.Develop & maintain trusted working relationships with local and international KOLs.Attend key meetings/exhibitions.Assist and host surgeon visits to Key Centers of Excellence.Develop local marketing collaterals to support global brand.Launch new productsManage sales support and marketing materials.Creativity is a key aspect of the role, both in branding and in the evolution of novel marketing techniques.Clinical/ProceduralPresent and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.Attend theatre as required to provide technical support to Corin staff, hospital theatre staff, and surgeons during the implantation of Corin devices.Provide ongoing product training for local Corin staff, surgeons, and theatre staff.Knowledge & ComplianceMaintain current and comprehensive knowledge of relevant competitor products.Develop and maintain product knowledge by ensuring an ongoing general understanding of all Corin products.Understand the market needs of customers.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Corin's standard operating procedures and policies and always ensure compliance.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cutting-edge practices, and techniques, current publications, regulations, etc.Ensure your company-related activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards, in particular, the MTAA Code of Practice.Act loyally, obey the Company's lawful instructions, and do not allow its interests to conflict with your duties to the Company under this agreement and general law.Conduct your business relationship responsibly and ethically to enhance and support the reputation and goodwill of the Company.Comply with Corin's policies and procedures including the Information Security Management System and the ISO 27001 standard and the Quality Management System and ISO13485 Standard.AdministrationEnsure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with standard processes and formats.Complete required reports within designated timeframes (e.g. expenses, other marketing reports).Participate in meetings and weekly conference calls with Corin UK as required.Support all tender requirements & submissions.Support information requests & documentation from the AOA, MTAA, NPC, state health services & private hospital groups.About CorinCorin is an international orthopaedic technology with headquarters in the UK, and key hubs in Europe, the USA, and Australia.
