Iota also commercialises game changing digital and circular economy technologies.The roleThe role of Product Manager IoT Devices is a broad fast-paced role within Iota's Customer Success team, driving the successful launch and commercialisation of various IoT devices, including sensors, digital water meters and data loggers.The successful candidate will require a blend of product management expertise, technical acumen, and pre-sales consulting skills.
You will be responsible for managing the incubation and commercialisation of our IoT device offerings for water.As well as developing customer solutions, uncovering water utility and customer needs and clarifying business objectives and challenges, other key accountabilities of the role will include:Product Lifecycle Management for our range of IoT DevicesCustomer Engagement and advisoryTechnical Expertise and SupportMarket Research and Industry TrendsQuality Assurance for Water IoT DevicesDocumentation and ReportingWho are you?Armed with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business), the successful candidate will have proven experience in IoT device product management and agile management methodologies.A technical expert in IoT technologies, including IoT sensors, digital water meters, LWM2M data loggers and Platforms, the candidate will also possess experience in presales processes and solution consulting, including the ability to translate customer challenges into requirements, solution proposals and implementation planning.Candidates will be excellent communicators with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
