We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.
About the role:
The Integrated Service and Support Product Manager is responsible for managing the Recreational Vehicle Solutions (RVS) parts and service offerings to our OEM customer channel. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the warranty and technical support team to provide support on both pre and post sales activities.
This is a newly created role which requires the incumbent to develop an integrated solution and an extensive national service network as we scale our business and venture into new growth areas.
The key responsibilities of the role are to:
Develop and implement the parts and service roadmap to achieve financial set goals. Establish a national service and repair network to provide support on post sales activities and improve servicelevel deliverables. Collaborate with Procurement team and actively work with local and/or overseas suppliers on product sourcingand/or development to ensure product positioning and pricing is competitive with market offerings. Prepare and present business cases to RVS Leadership team, highlighting returns on investment, tangible and intangible benefits of proposed parts and service offerings. Analyse the current product portfolio to provide insight to the Leadership team on the performance of each product category (sales turnover, profitability and new product launch performances) through monthly SIOP reporting. Participate in customer meetings with Sales team to identify market opportunities, trends and gaps in parts and service offering and provide turnkey solutions to customers' needs and requirements. Create and maintain the parts and service data integrity and pricing accuracy in ERP system. Provide product training and support to Sales, Customer Service teams and customer. About You:

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering At least 2 years experiences in an Aftersales service role, preferably in Automotive or RV Industry Demonstrate skills and experience with product installations and applications; familiar with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Passion for innovation and driven to stay ahead of competition Why work for Fleetwood?
