We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Product Manager to develop, maintain, and expand relationships with our Instrumentation and Valves partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving Instrumentation and Valve sales and profitability and ensuring new OEM/products are represented whilst supporting the sales teams nationally.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to: Managing partner agreements and ensuring compliance with parent agreements.
Analysing customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships.
Assessing current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
Regularly reviewing and setting market pricing and stock levels to ensure they are appropriate and reflect business requirements.
Seeking opportunities and actively recruiting new partners, products, and service offerings.
Analysing market data to develop sales strategies and defining product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
Collaborating closely with partners, engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
Developing product training and associated technical resources to support the effective promotion, sales, and customer service within the channel, working closely with customer service, marketing, and supply chain personnel.
You will be able to demonstrate high-level product management preferably in the Instrumentation, Valves, and/or Stainless Steel industry as well as: Be self-directed and self-motivated.
Demonstrate an enthusiastic and energetic personality.
Present well.
Have a proven track record in delivering product market strategies.
Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Be able to work as part of a team and to work autonomously.
