As a Product Manager at 1Breadcrumb, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our business objectives. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will actively contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market and customer research to identify key opportunities and customer pain points within the construction industry.Analyse customer feedback and collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their needs, translating insights into actionable product requirements.Define and prioritise product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation and timely delivery of new features, maintaining a balance between innovation and execution.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain our competitive edge.Contribute to the partnership strategy, identifying and fostering strategic alliances that enhance our product offerings and market presence.Work closely with product marketing, customer success, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.Contribute to global expansion efforts, identifying opportunities for growth in new regions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute expansion strategies effectively.RequirementsProven experience as a Product Manager in the B2B SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating products.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experienced in collaborating with customers and stakeholders, locally and internationally.Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering impactful outcomes that build customer satisfaction and business growth.Experience in the construction industry or related field is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Hybrid working arrangement based in Cremorne, Victoria, Australia.Our ValuesWe're "Go-Getters": We put on our boots and get our hands dirty.We empower people: Empowered individuals create an empowered team.We build strong relationships: That's the foundation of our industry.Join Our TeamIf you are a strategic and forward-thinking professional passionate about driving business growth and product success, we want to hear from you!
