Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications)Full timeOur client, a leading manufacturer of quality branded consumable products used in industrial, consumer (auto), mining, and construction markets, is looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of their line of products including surfactants, additives, lubricants, surface coatings, grouts, and epoxy compounds.With manufacturing and office facilities across Australia, they are committed to driving continuous improvement, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a safe, inclusive work environment.Location: Melbourne or SydneyKey Responsibilities:Manage the full product lifecycle, including pricing, simplification, innovation, and channel growth initiatives.Create and execute category plans that align with Long-Range Plans (LRP) and Annual Plans.Analyse market trends, competitor products, and end-user needs to drive product innovation and pricing strategies.Lead communications, develop value propositions, and provide training to internal and external stakeholders.Monitor product performance, ensure compliance, manage quality issues, and develop business cases for new initiatives.What We're Looking For:Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Product management experience with manufactured products, including the fundamentals of the 5P.Commercially minded, with a strategic revenue growth mindset through B2B, Channel Distributors, Segmented Markets / B2C.Product Manager experience with Industrial or automotive, coating, adhesives, building.What You Can Expect:Our client believes in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation and success.
