• Representing the product portfolio to senior management About You The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the residential construction or real estate industry.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Formal qualifications in a business-related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of residential building and construction industry with an understanding of the key business drivers and housing market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor landscape.
