Job DescriptionYour new role: As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting CSC's product development, distribution, and growth. This role is pivotal in delivering initiatives that support CSC's strategic agenda of acquisition and customer retention. Your success will be underpinned by your ability to:
Drive initiatives to promote and enhance CSC's DC superannuation and investment offeringsEngage with internal customers and stakeholders to foster loyalty, satisfaction and retentionUtilise technical expertise in superannuation and investments to deliver outcomes for customers across pre-retirement, retirement, and accumulation phasesAnalyse customer data to inform strategic decisions and initiativesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with CSC's growth and education objectivesAddress regulatory changes and drive engagement initiatives for customers and partnersDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat you need to excel: RG146 requiredPossess or in the process of obtaining a relevant tertiary qualification, desiredMinimum 7 years financial industry related experience preferably in superannuation in a product, product development or project management roleStrong understanding of superannuation products and services and the key issues that affect the superannuation and investment platforms industry, including the regulatory environmentProven experience in business development, relationship management and sales within the superannuation and investment sectorsPassion for developing new products that meet customer needsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and engage with stakeholdersProven track record of successfully launching innovative financial productsExceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersProactive nature and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and the ability to adapt to changes effectivelyPrevious experience rolling PDSs and managing risk and compliance items desirable but not essentialCSC's Core Competencies reflect the key sets of skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours required to perform your role effectively.
